You will be picked up by our car, driver and brought to your hotel in Hanoi old quarter. Vietnam local trains used to arrive early in Hanoi. Lao Cai trains arraive at about 4.00am. Hue trains also arrive very early at about 5.00am.

Notes

There are two entries in Hanoi train station. One at Le Duan street and the other at Tran Quy Cap street. If you take the Reunification Train, arriving from Hue, Da Nang, Nha Trang or Saigon, you will get out of the station by Le Duan gate. If you take the Sapa train, arriving from Laocai, you should get out from the other gate, at Tran Quy Cap street.

Working time (including lunch time and personal time rest for driver): 8:00AM – 5:00PM (full day car rental); 8:00 AM – 12:00PM or 1:00PM – 5:00PM (half day car rental). Out of this range (using the car before 8:00AM and/or after 5:00PM), there is an overtime charge. Using the car before 6:00AM and/or after 10:00PM is subject to agreement.

Limitation of distance

There is limitation of distance. In case of excess, a surcharge will be applied.

Pickup/Drop-off location

Pickup/Drop-off are supposed to be in city center.

Confirmation

The full payment is required to confirm the booking.

Inclusions

Our vehicle is provided with fuel and driver. We don’t rent car without driver.

Our price has been quoted on cash payment basis. If payment is made via bank transfer or credit card (non-cash), bank charges will be for sender.

Our price is net including government tax and services charges.

The rental cost may include toll fees, parking fees (travel itinerary is needed for quotation). For monthly car rental, car rental for business trip, toll fees, parking fees are not included – unless you would like us to include these in the quote. Working agenda, trip plan will be required for quotation.

English-speaking driver

Our driver speaks little English only. If you need a person who speaks fluently English/French/German/Chinese/Spanish, we highly recommend you booking a tour guide with an extra charge.

Tipping

Tipping is not included in the rental price.
