Pac Nam is a mountainous district of Bac Kan Province in the northeast region of Vietnam. The district covers an area of 474 km², being bordered by Nguyen Binh district of Cao Bang province to the east, Na Hang district of Tuyen Quang province to the west, Bao Lam and Bao Lac districts of Cao Bang province to the north, and Ba Be district to the south.
