Luc Nam is a rural district of Bac Giang province in the Northeast region of Vietnam. The district covers an area of 597 km². It is bordered by Huu Lung district of Lang Son province to the north, Chi Linh district of Hai Duong province and Dong Trieu district of Quang Ninh province to the south, Luc Ngan district to the east, Lang Giang and Yen Dung districts to the west.

Luc Nam district consists of 2 townships and 23 communes including Doi Ngo, Luc Nam, Luc Son, Binh Son, Truong Son, Vo Tranh, Truong Giang, Nghia Phuong, Huyen Son, Bac Lung, Cam Ly, Vu Xa, Dan Hoi, Yen Son, Lan Mau, Phuong Son, Thanh Lam, Chu Dien, Bao Dai, Bao Son, Tam Di, Dong Phu, Dong Hung, Tien Nha, and Kham Lang.

The district is best known for the Suoi Mo Spring which winds through a valley between Huyen Dinh and Yen Tu mountains, about 90km from Hanoi and 40km from Bac Giang City.
