Tuan Giao is a mountainous district of Dien Bien Province in the northwest region of Vietnam. Tuan Giao district covers an area of 1583 square kilometres. It is bordered by Quynh Nhai and Thuan Chau districts of Son La province to the east, Muong Cha district to the west, Muong Ang district to the south, and Tua Chua district to the north.
