Tien Lu is a rural district of Hung Yen Province in the Red River Delta region of Vietnam. The district covers an area of 92 km². It is bordered by Hung Yen city to the west, Kim Dong district to the northwest, An Thi district to the north, Phu Cu district to the north, northeast, and Hung Ha district of Thai Binh province to the southeast.
