Duong Dong Town

Duong Dong is the main town on Vietnam’s largest island Phu Quoc, off the coast of south-west Cambodia. The population in 2003 was 18,880. Vo Thi Sau Street runs from the town to the beach.

Duong Dong Town is the administrative center of Phu Quoc island district. It is home to more than half of the population on Phu Quoc Island concentrating around the airport area and dividing into 2 parts by Duong Dong River. The town is also the central rendezvous of tourists to Phu Quoc.
